Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return any item.
To start a return, please email us at aimee@kithandkinhome.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send you our returns instructions and, if you prefer, can organise a courier collection for a small fee.
Once you’ve requested a return, please ensure your item reaches us within 16 days of that request.
2. Condition of Returns
All returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging (both the product box and outer shipping carton, with any protective filling).
It’s your responsibility to repack items securely, failure to do so may void your refund.
If we receive an item that’s been used, marked, scratched or poorly repackaged, we may refuse the refund or issue only a partial credit.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe your item arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at aimee@kithandkinhome.co.uk, providing photos or video evidence and details of when and where the damage occurred.
We will arrange a complimentary return for proven faults once we’ve reviewed your evidence.
4. Refund Processing
After inspecting your return, we will issue your refund – less any agreed collection fee – directly to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 28 days for us to process the return at our warehouse, plus up to 7 days for your bank to process the refund.
5. Large Item Returns (Furniture, Mirrors, etc.)
Notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return oversized items, and ensure they arrive back no later than 30 days from delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or wrongly dispatched. For faulty large items, repackage in the original materials, send us a photo, and we’ll arrange free collection. Should damage occur in transit due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to:
- Return the item to you at your expense
- Offer a partial refund or credit note
- Sell the item as a discounted price
Items returned without their original protective packaging will not be accepted.
6. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30‐day window may still be eligible for a store credit, at our discretion. Please contact customer service to discuss.
7. Confirmation & Queries
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
All refunds go back to the original purchaser and payment method; we cannot redirect funds to a third party.
